Prorectorate for Planning and Budget (PROPLAN)

The Budget Superintendency (SO) is responsible for preparing the University’s budget proposal and monitoring its discussion and approval. It also analyzes budget and financial performance, prepares financial reports, and carries out other duties related to budget management.
